AdGuard Mail Terms of Sale

You pay for a subscription that allows you to activate AdGuard Mail, a service available at adguard-mail.com. The order process is handled by the online reseller, Paddle.com Market Ltd, who handles all customer service inquiries and refunds. You can also install and purchase an AdGuard Mail subscription in Google Play and App Store.

To use the full version of AdGuard Mail, you need to purchase a monthly or a 1-year subscription. When you purchase an AdGuard Mail subscription, an AdGuard Account is automatically created for the email address that you used.

We offer our customers the opportunity to receive a 100% refund of the money spent on AdGuard Mail 1-year subscriptions purchased from adguard-mail.com. For subscriptions purchased elsewhere, please check the refund policy of that particular reseller.

Important: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. 1-year subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. All refund requests made within 30 days of the purchase of a 1-year subscription will be honored.

The refunded subscription will be blocked once the refund is issued. Refund requests submitted after 30 days of purchase will be reviewed on an individual basis and the decision to issue a refund rests with AdGuard Software Ltd. We do not issue partial refunds for subscription upgrades and renewals. Each case of partial refund request will be discussed separately between you and support and will only be satisfied by mutual agreement.

If desired, you can delete the Account in the Settings section. The active AdGuard Mail subscription will be cancelled. In this case, you can ask for a refund if you bought a 1-year subscription no more than 30 days ago.

To get a refund for a subscription purchased on the official website, you need to contact the support team at support@adguard-mail.com. Processing time depends on your payment method and usually takes up to 10 business days.

The auto-renewal feature is turned on by default, so the funds will be withdrawn from your account and the AdGuard Mail subscription will be renewed automatically when the previous period expires.

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time and at no additional cost in the AdGuard account to which the AdGuard Mail subscription is bound. Your paid subscription will still be valid until the end of its term, but you will need to manually renew it when it expires.

Discounts apply only to the first term of the subscription, i.e. 1 month or 1 year, depending on its type. When a subscription purchased with a discount expires, the renewal fee will be charged at full price.
